Purchases & Refunds

The most common reasons for your payment to fail are either filters your bank applies to certain transactions made online, or amount limitations applied to your card. If your payment is being rejected, please reach out to your bank to get additional information.
A refund issued to a credit card means the cost of the returned product will be credited back to the associated account. Depending on whether the purchase was returned in-person or online, receiving a credit card refund for a returned item could take only a few business days or as many as six weeks.

All accredited courses are valid for 2 years. This includes ; First Aid, Fire Marshal, Occupational health & Safety among others
We aim to send your certificate within 3 working days of completion of the course. Our certification is accredited by the Fire Protection Association, UK Register of Learning Providers.
